Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Inside Success Productions, LLC. respects our customers' right to return and refund their purchases. 

You may return any product purchased from StepUpU.com or Step Up University within 90 days of delivery for a full product refund. Digital products or online access items purchased through HomeOfficeSuccess.com are non-refundable. Exchanges of products equal to or of a lesser value can be arranged upon approval and when in stock.

Please enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice along with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.

Cancellation Policy

Inside Success Productions, LLC. respects our customers' right to cancel their ongoing tuition/subscription at any time.  

You may cancel any tuition to Step Up University or any subscription products of StepUpU.com0 during the current 30 day billing cycle. Any future payments will also be cancelled. Inside Success Productions, LLC has the right to pro-rate any refunds due based on the of cancellation within the billing cycle, all the way up to the full payment made. Any payments made before the current 30-day billing cycle will not be refunded.
